Estimate Price=Invoice Price

With NAIway, you can rest assured knowing that your estimate is calculated based on the pre-translated word count. This is done to avoid unwanted changes in price, in the case that the word count increases after translation.

【NOTE】: However, for special cases such as the ones listed below, the estimate will be based on the post-translation word or character count. In this case, the estimate price may not equal the invoice price.

【For cases in which the post-translation character/word count is speculated in order to calculate a rough estimate】

In the case of web pages containing numerous links (20 or more), which makes it very difficult to count the exact number of words.
When the document is in paper form and contains too many pages to make a word count feasible.
When we have not received the entire document to be translated.
In cases where NAIway deems it appropriate to base price on post-translation word/character count.
When the client is in a particular hurry, the cost per word or character will be decided first and the total price calculated later.
