An explanation of the flow from Quote to Delivery.

In principle, all requests for quotes that we receive between 10 AM and 4 PM (Japan time) are dealt with within 2 hours of reception. The quote will be the final price in most cases.
Our quotes are calculated considering
the following factors:
Length of document: Discounts are offered for lengthily documents.
œField and difficulty of document: Both gDifficulty of the fieldh and
gDifficulty of the wording, etc.h are considered.
œUse of document: Documents for internal purposes, etc. and those that
will do as a edraftf can be provided for a cheaper price.
œDelivery: Speed deliveries are available with a 10 to 50% extra charge.
œLayout: Layout work can be looked after with an extra charge.
œThe quote will differ according to the condition of the document and
any layout work that may be needed.
We will conduct thorough consultations regarding translation requests and wishes if requested. Therefore, donft hesitate to ask us for this consultation if needed. In addition, we will be willing to, as much as we can, accommodate your delivery and payment methods. More so, if you already have a terminology list, we will ensure terms are consistent throughout.
In regards to an NDA (Non disclosure
Agreement)
If necessary, we will provide you with an NDA agreement.
We will select a translator
appropriate for the field of document. Furthermore, we will ensure that
all details (notes and requests) are communicated to the translator.
If the translator has any questions
for the client, they will indicate so with comments upon delivery. At
this point, the work is 90% complete. We then move on to the quality check.
The quality assurance representative
will conduct a quality check by comparing the original document with the
translated version. At this time, the document is brushed up with the
client requirements and the translatorfs comments in mind. (For more

When we deliver to clients,
we ask for a survey to be filled out. By adding this to our translator
assessment, we hope to better our services to our clients.
